Description
Folic acid supports the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.
Iodine supports the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid functioning.
The consumption of DHA omega-3 fatty acids by the mother supports the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breast-fed infant.

Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day from planning a pregnancy to the end of pregnancy and for as long as breastfeeding continues.
Swallow with a glass of water, ideally during a meal.
