PiLeJe attaches particular importance to the privacy and protection of the personal data of its customers and prospects.

Your personal data is collected in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

The data controller of your personal data is PiLeJe, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €1,190,400 which is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register as number 950 450 452, and whose registered office is located at 31-35 rue de la Fédération in Paris (75015).

What are the purposes and legal basis for data collection?

We will ask you for some personal data such as your surname and first name so that we can process your request for information.

Data may also be sent to the competent authorities should they request it, or in order for us to comply with other legal obligations.

How long is the data stored for?

The length of time we store personal data for depends on what it is used for.

It is kept for the duration of our contractual relationship and/or until the statutory time limit expires (5 years) after the end of the business relationship, and for 3 years for sales prospection.

However, any data that can prove a right or a contract, or which is stored in order to comply with legal obligations, may be subject to intermediate storage for a period no longer than that necessary to complete its purpose, in accordance with applicable laws (especially but not exclusively those set out in the French Commercial Code, Civil Code or Consumer Code).
